Rebecca is a Senior Associate in the claims department and joined Capsticks in September 2019. Rebecca deals with clinical negligence claims against NHS Trusts on behalf of NHS Resolution. Rebecca has experience handling both pre-action and litigated cases across a range of medical specialties.
As a Trainee Solicitor, Rebecca trained in the clinical, employment and commercial litigation teams. She has undertaken a variety of client secondments during her training, including secondments to two NHS Trusts, where she assisted with the management of inquests, clinical negligence claims and employers’ liability and public liability claims.
