Sarah is a Senior Associate in the regulatory team and specialises in fitness to practise investigations. She acts for regulatory clients, predominantly the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Sarah joined the firm in January 2021 having previously trained and qualified with a firm specialising in Regulatory law. She has mainly acted for defendants and has experience with a wide range of regulators. She also has prosecutorial experience and a detailed knowledge of data protection law.
