Grace Totman serves as the Director and Co-Head of the Healthcare Practice at Capstone since March 2021, following progressive roles including Vice President and Senior Associate within the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst at Marwood Group from 2019 to 2021, where Grace specialized in health care services research, producing over 50 detailed research notes, and analyzing health policy impacts during the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier roles encompassed an Analyst position at Marwood Group and a Regulatory and Manufacturing Analyst at Advaxis, Inc., focusing on regulatory submissions and manufacturing processes. Grace began a career foundation as a Research Intern at Engage Therapeutics, analyzing epilepsy detection methods, and served as an Emergency Medical Technician with Summit Volunteer First Aid Squad. Grace holds a degree from Georgetown University.
