Dirk van den Acker is a seasoned professional in real estate finance and consulting, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Capstone Advisory since February 2021 and as the Owner of Wiericke Management Consulting since May 2018. Dirk held a significant role as Voorzitter commissie ruimte at Gemeente Bodegraven-Reeuwijk from April 2018 to April 2022 and was an Associate Partner at Beaufort Corporate Consulting & Interim Management from July 2018 to September 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Adjunct Directeur Structured Real Estate Finance at FGH Bank, where Dirk contributed to business development and the sale of a substantial CRE loans portfolio, and as Head of Financing and Director Real Estate Loan Fund at Bouwfonds Investment Management. Academic qualifications include a Master in Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and a degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
