Edward Morris is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at Capstone Communities since June 2022, Edward previously held the role of Senior Financial Analyst at Providence Investments from January 2018 to June 2022, focusing on the analysis and underwriting of multifamily properties across the Southeast. Edward started in finance as a Financial Analyst and has also gained valuable experience through internships at Rock Apartment Advisors and Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. Edward holds a degree from The University of Alabama, completed in 2017.
