Dan Bethers is a construction professional with expertise in new construction, renovations, and construction consulting services. With a background in residential community development, customized home building, and collegiate student housing, Dan has experience in managing construction schedules, quality control, purchasing, and budgeting. Dan has also served as a Superintendent, Director of Operations, and Construction Manager in various construction companies. Dan is an accredited instructor for OSHA Outreach training courses in English and Spanish and holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on construction management.
