Alex M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Portal Warehousing since April 2021, Alex leads an organization that specializes in providing flexible industrial spaces tailored to modern enterprise and e-commerce needs. Additionally, Alex holds a position in acquisitions at Capstone Equities since March 2020, focusing on real estate private equity. Prior experience includes roles in real estate structured finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and sales and trading at Goldman Sachs, where Alex began as a summer analyst. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics & Strategy and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis, supplemented by education at Maastricht University and early formative years at Corona del Mar High School. Alex also holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and contributed as a volunteer for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation from 2006 to 2011.
