Capstone Homes is a locally owned hometown builder in the Minneapolis area whose mission is to build quality brand new homes at an exceptional value, while serving and impacting the community. Capstone offers freshly updated plans with a huge selection of available structural and cosmetic options to fit any family’s needs. We are one of the largest privately owned builders in the Twin Cities Area.

Integrity, Humility, Service, Excellence, Trust, Growth. These are the core values that we demonstrate on a day in, day out basis.

Through a systematic approach to quality control and a team of seasoned homebuilding professionals, your brand new home is sure to be completed on time and with the level of quality you deserve. We’ve refined our process into a well-oiled, efficient machine, allowing us to provide you a bigger, better home for the price.

Capstone Homes offers you a unique and personalized experience in choosing your interior finishing options in our design center. Our experienced designers will help you select your interior and exterior colors, styles, and options all under one roof. With a seemingly endless array of choices in color, styles, and the latest products, your personalization opportunities are virtually endless.

Our goal is to provide you with the highest level of customer care throughout the building process. We take a personal approach to constructing your new home, regularly checking in with you without making you feel like you have to make all the tough decisions. You’ll find our team to be quick and responsive in addressing your needs, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing that our extensive quality control process requires that your home has been checked over many times before you move in.

We welcome any and all questions about our new homes and our building process, and invite you to put your trust in the "Capstone Confidence Program".
