David Watson

David Watson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in property management and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of RentVision since October 2009, David has been instrumental in helping apartment management companies enhance lead generation while reducing reliance on costly marketing strategies. Additionally, David serves as a Partner and Chairman of the Board at Century Sales & Management, LLC, a prominent Nebraska property management company offering a range of real estate services. David's advisory roles include membership on the Board of Advisors for Capstone IT and as a former Board Member for Possibilities Africa, a nonprofit focused on equipping churches in rural Africa. David's experience also includes consulting at Gallup, where strategic leadership development was emphasized. David holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University.
