Jamie Lisac

MD & Head, Special Situations Investment Banking Group at Capstone Partners

With more than 20 years of experience in financial restructuring and special situations investment banking, Jamie serves as Head of Capstone’s Special Situations Investment Banking Group. He has advised large cap and middle-market companies, creditors and other stakeholders in numerous transactions including Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganizations, distressed buy- and sell-side M&A, balance sheet restructurings, DIP and exit financings, Sec. 363 asset sales and capital raises. His experience spans a broad range of industries including automotive, building products, healthcare, metals and mining, energy, printing, transportation and logistics, manufacturing and retail. Selected notable client engagements include General Motors, Calpine, Lyondell Bassell Industries, New Century Financial, Lee Steel and Arcadia Home Care & Staffing.

Prior to joining Capstone Partners, Jamie was a Managing Director and Group Head of the Financial Restructuring and Special Situations Investment Banking Group at Huron since 2013 and prior to Huron, served as the Group Head of the Financial Restructuring Group at a boutique investment bank. Jamie began his career at FTI Consulting and then AlixPartners where he served in senior roles in the financial restructuring groups.
