Jay is Head of the ESOP Advisory practice at Capstone Partners. He has more than 30 years of corporate financial advisory experience providing ESOP advisory services to clients.
Prior to joining Capstone, Jay was the National Practice Leader for ESOP Advisory Services for an international accounting firm and its affiliated broker dealer, leading all ESOP deal execution across the U.S. Prior to that, Jay was the ESOP Practice Leader for Navigant Capital Advisors, LLC, a division of Navigant Consulting, Inc., and a Managing Director and Group Head of ESOP Investment Banking with Citi Capital Strategies, a division of Citigroup.
Jay is a professional member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership (NCEO), and frequently speaks on current topics at events sponsored by both of these organizations. He is also active in community outreach projects through a variety of local organizations in and around the Atlanta area and the Southeast.
