Mark Casper joined Headwaters MB (now Capstone Partners) in 2016. He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and holds the Financial Operations Principal (FINOP) license for the firm.
In that capacity, Mark manages the financial and regulatory operations of the firm. He is responsible for financial reporting and tax related matters as well as the daily management of FINRA compliance matters. In addition, he works closely with each practice group to assist them in client management, regulatory management as well as provide insight into accounting and taxation.
Prior to his current role, Mark spent over 11 years in public accounting. During his career, he has specialized in both financial reporting and taxation. Mark has spent a significant amount of time working with businesses in various industries helping them navigate the complex accounting and regulatory worlds. His breadth of knowledge makes him a valuable resource.
