Don Ayers

Don Ayers has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Don started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Textron Avco Lycoming in 1988 and worked there until 1990. From 1990 to 1997, they served as a Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Air Warfare Center - Weapons. In 1997, they joined Kavlico - A Schneider Electric Co. as a Program Manager and stayed there until 2005. Don then worked as a Project Manager at Technicolor from 2005 to 2007. After that, they joined L-3 Communications as a Program Manager and held the position until 2014. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Technology at Capstone Green Energy.

Don Ayers completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University from 1984 to 1988. Don then pursued further education at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from 1991 to 1995.
