Capstone
Bill Moore is the Chairman and Founder of Capstone. In this role, he actively provides strategic guidance and direction to the corporation. Bill established Capstone in 1986. Prior to founding the company, he worked as a computer systems analyst, information technology specialist, and consultant supporting federal and commercial clients. He attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Berklee College of Music.
