Lisa Carr is the Director of Support Services for Capstone, where she is responsible for the management of human resources, contracts, and accounting functions. She is experienced in employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compensation, process improvement, facilities management, and corporate IT infrastructure management. Mrs. Carr joined Capstone in 2004 and became the HR Director in 2007. She holds the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
