Tom Madison is the Vice Chairman and Co-Owner of Capstone, and has served as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Madison held previous executive positions with Systems Integration and Research Incorporated (SIR), including co-owner, President, and Chief Executive Officer. He served in the United States Navy on active duty and in the reserves for 30 years, retiring at the rank of Captain. Mr. Madison earned his Master of Business Administration from the Florida Institute of Technology and Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina.
