Ben Melton has had an extensive work experience. In 2022, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at CapStorm, where they were responsible for helping customers get maximum value for their investment in the company's software and supporting the internal teams in meeting customer needs. In 2018, they started working at Zennify as a Data Services Team Lead, where they delivered large scale Enterprise level data migrations and developed a new tool to scope data migrations. In 2019, they obtained Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Mulesoft Developer certifications from Salesforce and MuleSoft, respectively. In 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certification from Salesforce.
