Rebecca Gray has a wealth of experience in the Salesforce industry. In 2016, they began their career at CapStorm as a Customer Success Manager, and later that same year, they took on the role of Global Account Executive. In this role, they served the Salesforce community with expert solutions to enable, protect, and govern data throughout Salesforce environments. In 2016, they also began working for Salesforce as a Salesforce Community Group Leader. In 2017, they started blogging for the Trailhead Baby Blog, and prior to that, they worked as an Executive Property Manager for Village Green beginning in 2008.

Rebecca also holds five certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, which they obtained in 2017, 2019, 2019, and 2020, respectively. In addition, they hold a Real Estate Salesperson (Inactive) certification from the Missouri Real Estate Commission, which they obtained in 2010.
