Gal Saar

Gal Saar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Gal is currently the CEO and Founder of Capsulab Ltd since July 2018. Prior to this, they worked at ELTA Systems Ltd for several years, holding various positions such as Development Project Manager, Systems Engineer and C2 Team Leader, and System Engineer. Their responsibilities in these roles included analyzing multidisciplinary systems, using case tools, analyzing customer demands, writing system functional specifications, and writing RFP and RFI documents. Before joining ELTA Systems Ltd, Gal Saar worked at EL AL, where they held positions such as Head of Methods Engineering Branch and Computerization Division and Organization and Methods Engineer.

Gal Saar completed their B.Sc in Information Systems - Industrial Engineering and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, spanning from 1998 to 2002. Later on, they pursued a Master of Engineering in System Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, from 2005 to 2007.
