Delane Paschal

Delane Paschal is the current head of contracting at Capsule. Before that, they served as the director of network and licensing at Guardian Pharmacy from January 2019 to December 2020. From January 2017 to December 2019, they were the VP of managed care at Shopko Stores Inc. Prior to that, Paschal worked at Walmart for 20 years, from 1997 to 2017. Delane began as a director of contracting channel management in health and wellness and eventually became a senior leader responsible for overseeing the negotiation, development and strategic direction of a multi-billion dollar third party and contracting division in health and wellness.

Delane Paschal has a Masters in Leadership and Ethics from John Brown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from the same school. Delane also has certification from LinkedIn in Consulting Foundations: Client Management and Relationships, Jodi Glickman on Make 'Em Love You at Work, and Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself.
