Jack Mask is an experienced software engineering professional with a proven track record in leading teams and optimizing operational workflows. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Capsule since June 2020, Jack specializes in streamlining processes and enhancing service efficiency through innovative algorithm design and architectural improvements. Prior to Capsule, Jack worked at Rent The Runway, contributing to the transportation team by optimizing warehouse tools and implementing data-driven solutions. Jack's career also includes backend development at Horizan, internships at GE Digital and Fountain.Money, and early experience as a student lab assistant at the Paul G. Allen School of Computer Science & Engineering. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington and King's College London.
