Jen Himmel

Jen Himmel is the Head of Business Operations at Capsule. Jen was previously a Strategy and Operations Advisor at Incandescent, a boutique management consulting firm, where they advised startup founders and leaders of high growth tech companies on business strategy and operations. Her past clients include Block Renovation, Airbnb, and Facebook. Jen began their career as a Founding Lead Teacher at a Success Academy Charter School through Teach for America.

Jen Himmel completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Michigan in Product Design & Entrepreneurship. Jen then went on to earn their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School. Finally, they completed their Master's in Education (MEd) from Relay Graduate School of Education.

Their manager is Eric Kinariwala, Founder & CEO. Jen Himmel works with Peter Muller - Head of Insights, Henry Stanley - Head of Operations Strategy, and Teal Pennebaker - Chief Communications Officer.
