Leah Connor is a seasoned professional in pharmacy and healthcare services with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy Services at Capsule since May 2022, Leah also co-founded Critical Mass Coffee in October 2018. Previous roles include Director of Operations at Halcyon Health, Senior Program Manager, and Clinical Outcomes Manager at Amazon, as well as Head of Customer Onboarding and Clinical Pharmacist at PillPack. Earlier experience includes serving as Pharmacy Manager at CVS Health. Leah holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from PennWest Edinboro.
