Ryan Wilhite

Ryan Wilhite is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Head of Operations Planning at Capsule, Ryan focuses on expansion markets and optimizing fulfillment and logistics operations, developing financial and productivity reporting across 24 markets. Prior experience includes various finance management positions at Amazon, where Ryan led multi-billion-dollar budgeting and forecasting processes, developed scalable financial tools, and improved operational and financial performance across the AMXL network in both the U.S. and Europe. Earlier roles at Sprint involved financial analysis and decision support related to marketing, consumer sales, and strategic pricing, showcasing a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Ryan holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and an MBA in Management/International Business from Rockhurst University.
