Previously, Marcel held the position of Director of Technology at Neoway from March 2010 to December 2021 and worked as a Product Engineer at IONICS Informática e Automação between October 2006 and March 2010. Marcel is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Economics at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and an executive education program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Marcel holds an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
