Vincent Wegener has a long and varied work experience. In 2006, they founded ScoutOut and served as a Founder/Partner. In 2008, they were a Student Assistant Strategic Purchasing at RSM Erasmus University and an Operational Manager and Salesperson at donQi. In 2010, they became the Owner of Appit. In 2012, they were the Incubation Manager at Dnamo for TU Delft and worked on the completion of Dnamo and the start of RDM Makerspace. In 2013, they became a Co-founder & Advisor at RDM Next. In 2016, they were a Co-founder & Managing Director at RAMLAB. Finally, in 2018, they became a Co-founder & CEO at CaptainAI.

Vincent Wegener began their educational journey in 1995 at Gymnasium Camphusianum. From 2001 to 2006, they attended Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Vincent then returned to Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Double Master degree in Management of Innovation & Financial Management.
