Philippe Wagner

Philippe Wagner is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader in the legal and administrative support sector for small and medium enterprises. As the co-founder and CEO of Captain Contrat since September 2013, Philippe has developed a unique platform that assists businesses throughout their development by providing legal documents, administrative management, and direct advice from experts. Previous experience includes a role as Assistant Manager-Entrepreneur with Gilles Babinet, where exposure to the French start-up ecosystem was gained, and an Analyst position at Deutsche Bank. Philippe also led as President of HEC Junior Conseil, managing a team of 17 consultants and overseeing various consulting projects, after founding Ouistigames SARL, an internet gaming company. Philippe holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from HEC Paris.
