Description & Camps Overview

Captain Soul Camp is a guided retreat experience in Spain designed for professionals, leaders and teams who carry constant pressure and need real mental space to reset, regain clarity and reconnect with themselves.

This is not a motivational programme, a wellness holiday or a performance bootcamp.
Captain Soul Camp offers a calm, structured and human environment where participants can slow down, regulate their nervous system and step back from daily pressure — without the need to “improve”, perform or prove anything.

Our retreats combine:
-	guided mental reset and reflection sessions,
-	coaching and psychological tools,
-	elements of therapy and nervous system regulation,
-	light physical activity and time in nature,
-	space for silence, honest conversations and perspective.

Our Camps

Captain Soul Camp
A personal reset retreat for individuals who feel mentally overloaded, tired inside or stuck in constant functioning mode. The focus is on calming the mind, releasing inner tension and regaining clarity and direction.

Captain’s Leadership Camp
A leadership-focused retreat for managers and professionals with responsibility for people and decisions. This camp helps leaders step back, reflect on their leadership style, improve clarity in decision-making and reconnect with a more conscious, human way of leading.

Team Soul Camp
A retreat experience designed for teams who want to strengthen trust, communication and connection. It offers a shared space to slow down, reflect together and rebuild healthy team dynamics beyond daily operational pressure.

Captain Soul Camp is for people who:
-	carry responsibility and mental load,
-	feel the need to pause without guilt,
-	value depth, discretion and a human approach,
-	want calm, clarity and perspective — not hype.
