Ilona Deprez

Ilona Deprez has extensive experience in various leadership roles, particularly in operations and human resources. Beginning a career as a Business Manager at Randstad from October 2011 to October 2019, Ilona then served as a Human Resources Consultant at KU Leuven from November 2019 to December 2020. Following this, a position as Future Store Manager at Delhaize Belgium was held from January 2021 to January 2022. Ilona returned to CaptainWork in April 2022 as Teamlead and transitioned to the position of Directeur Operations in October 2023. Ilona holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from KU Leuven, completed in 2011.
