Alicia Priselac

Alicia Priselac has a diverse range of work experience, with their most recent role being a Talent Acquisition Lead, Sourcing at CapTech since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Publicis Sapient as a Hiring, Track Lead - Sourcing from August 2012 to September 2019, where they were responsible for training new sourcers and recruiters and developing sourcing strategies. Alicia also has experience as a Fundraiser & Marathoner for Team Eye & Ear- Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary's Boston Marathon Team from January 2008 to April 2016. Alicia has held positions at various companies such as TJX, Korn/Ferry International, Pioneer Investments, Fidelity Investments, Simmons College, and New York Life Investment Management, where they gained experience in executive talent acquisition, research coordination, corporate librarianship, and career resource assistance.

Alicia Priselac has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Library and Information Science from Simmons University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Alicia also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Spanish from Boston College, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Prior to their college education, Alicia attended Glastonbury High School from 1993 to 1997, where they focused on Spanish, Russian, and Latin. In terms of certifications, Alicia has obtained various certifications in sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, and data analytics from institutions such as LinkedIn and the People Sourcing Certification Program. These certifications were earned between 2011 and 2024.
