Alyssa Davis

Alyssa Davis is an experienced professional in organizational change management and learning and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager at CapTech since August 2019, after progressing through various roles including Manager and Senior Consultant in the same field. Prior to CapTech, Alyssa worked at AvalonBay Communities from September 2013 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing learning and development initiatives, conducting instructor-led training, and overseeing LMS administration. Earlier experience includes positions at Keller Foundations, LLC, where Alyssa held HR roles, and a brief HR internship at CyberCore Technologies. Alyssa holds a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Systems Development from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from James Madison University.
