Amy Smith is an accomplished Senior Manager at CapTech since July 2020, previously holding positions as a Manager at CapTech and Consultant for Planned Systems International from September 2017 to July 2020. In this role, Amy led a team of 38 to manage a Credentialing Program and drive multiple projects, achieving key program goals. Amy has demonstrated expertise in Agile transformation, providing assessments and implementing methodologies for various teams across different organizations, including Cougaar Software, AAMC, and National Capitol Contracting. With extensive experience in project and technical management, including positions as an IT Analyst and Business Intelligence Systems Consultant, Amy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from SUNY Geneseo.
