Becca Freeland

Becca Freeland is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Sr. Specialist at CapTech since May 2022. Previously, Becca held the role of Assistant Director of Employer Relations at the University of Richmond, where responsibilities included executing employer recruitment activities, developing employer relationships, and managing engagement metrics. Prior experience also includes serving as the Employer Accounts and Events Manager at the University of Virginia, focusing on managing employer relationships and event logistics, and as a Pre-Health and Pre-Law Advising Graduate Assistant, advising students on health and law career paths. Earlier in the career, Becca worked as an Operations Specialist at Move Better Physical Therapy, enhancing billing and scheduling operations. Becca holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from George Mason University and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Virginia.
