Bill Welch

Bill Welch has over 30 years of experience in technology and management roles. Currently serving as the Director at CapTech since 2000, Welch previously held positions at Cadmus Communications as Vice President of IT and Director of Networking & Telephony from 1997 to 2000. In addition, Welch was the Director of Systems Administration & Network Operations at Cadmus Direct Marketing, Inc. from 1992 to 1997 and managed Engineering & Product Development at KBS Corporation from 1989 to 1992. The career began with service in the United States Air Force as an F-16 Fighter Pilot and T-37 Instructor Pilot & Flight Examiner from 1979 to 1988. Welch holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
