Bruce Sulc

Bruce Sulc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital strategy and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CapTech since July 2019, Bruce collaborates with key stakeholders to design and deliver effective digital solutions across various projects, including mobile and content management systems. Prior to this role, Bruce spent over six years at Booz Allen Hamilton, progressing through various positions from Consultant to Lead Associate, where responsibilities included strategic advising, project management, and developing digital strategies for federal clients. Bruce also gained valuable experience as a Sales Representative at Cumshaw/Custom T's and completed internships that laid the foundation for a career in technology and consulting. Academically, Bruce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University and a Change Management Advanced Practitioner Certification from Georgetown University.
