Carly Farrey

Carly Farrey is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering at the University of Virginia, expected to graduate in 2027. Carly has held various positions, including IT/Software Engineering Intern at Markel, where integration of AI solutions enhanced a key business application. Previously, Carly was a CAD Intern at Farrey Works, contributing to projects and operating machinery, and a Grader for APMA 2130 at the University of Virginia, supporting student learning. Other experience includes roles as a Scooper and Cashier at Ray's Italian Water Ice and Frozen Custard, Lifeguard at SwimMetro, and founder of Farrey Mailbox Repair Service. Carly is also involved in leadership roles such as Web Design Chair and Project Leader at BAPS, and Public Relations Chair for the Inter-Sorority Council at the University of Virginia.
