With a career spanning over a decade at CapTech, Chima has held multiple roles including application developer, software engineer, team lead, architect, and subject matter expert. Prior to CapTech, Chima worked at QinetiQ North America as a Software Developer, contributing to enterprise solutions for the Air Mobility Command, and at Engility Corporation, providing architectural recommendations and implementing load balancing solutions for AMC’s legacy systems. Chima holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Clemson University.
