Colin Ceperich

Colin Ceperich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public affairs and communications. They served as the Assistant Director of Public Affairs at the Virginia Department of Transportation from 1999 to 2006, followed by a role as a Lead Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2006 to 2012. Colin began their career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy from 1987 to 1992 and later worked as a Communications Manager at EMPACT-SPC Behavioral Health Center between 1993 and 1999. Currently, Colin holds positions as a Director at CapTech Consulting and a Senior Manager at CapTech, roles they have embraced since 2022 and 2012, respectively. Colin earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University, a Master’s degree from Arizona State University, and completed their CMAP at Georgetown University.
