Jess Navon, SHRM-SCP, has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at CapTech since April 2014. Previously, Jess worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Berkley Mid-Atlantic Group, handling full-cycle recruiting and candidate management from February 2012 to March 2014.
