Jesse Fife

Jesse Fife is a Senior Manager and Agile Coach at CapTech, where they provide agile coaching with a focus on facilitation, communication, process improvement, and team effectiveness. Prior to their current role, Jesse served as Manager - Agile Coach at CapTech, Agile Team Coach and Scrum Master at Life Time, and Agile Program Coordinator at E Source, where they were integral in implementing Scrum principles across multiple teams. Jesse's earlier experience includes board membership at Investigating Careers in the Environment and participation in the ESPN Environmentality Team. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
