Lilia Weber

Lilia Weber is a seasoned technology professional currently serving as a Senior Manager and Agile Coach at CapTech since July 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at Unisys Corp. from 2002 to December 2021, culminating as Principal Software Engineer and Manager of Security Software Development, where Lilia managed a team of 11 and played key roles in both Scrum Master and Developer capacities. Lilia has a strong background in software development for virtualization platforms and network security solutions, with notable contributions including the delivery of the Stealth® enterprise network security micro-segmentation solution and the development of the IO subsystem for various frameworks. Lilia holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University.
