Melissa Gaffney

Melissa Gaffney is an experienced Agile Coach and Program-level Director with expertise in guiding Agile transformations for Fortune 500 companies. Currently serving as a Director at CapTech Consulting since October 2008, Melissa has a proven track record in the Lean Agile Center of Excellence, providing consultation and support for multi-train enterprise adoption. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager positions at prominent firms, where Melissa successfully led technical delivery, product implementations, and organizational change management initiatives. Melissa's career began in security analysis for the US Federal Government, transitioning through roles in graphic design and project management. Education includes a Master's degree in Business from Virginia Tech.
