Michael Ireland has extensive experience in management and consulting, currently serving as a Manager at CapTech Ventures, Inc. since February 2015, following roles as a Senior Consultant and Consultant. Previously, Michael worked as a Change Management Consultant at North Highland, assisting Customs and Border Protection with Organizational Change Management. Early career roles include Business Analyst at Data Networks Corporation and Claims Specialist at BrownGreer PLC. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Richmond and a Graduate Certificate in Supply Chain Management from Penn State University. Additionally, Michael has experience in coaching and mentoring youth through roles at the Special Olympics and Knights Golf Camps, as well as leadership experience in college athletics.
