Paula Spencer

Paula Spencer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare management, consulting, and marketing. Currently serving as Co-Owner of Southern Revere Cellars LLC since April 2021, Paula leads marketing initiatives, oversees merchandise strategy, and manages vendor relationships. In parallel, Paula holds the position of Director at CapTech Consulting, providing management consulting services focused on client success and leading development efforts. Previously, at VCU Health from 2004 to 2021, Paula had a significant impact as Director of Clinical Effectiveness, establishing essential clinical improvement programs, and managing various roles that included the implementation of electronic medical record systems. Paula's career began at Oracle Corporation, where foundational skills in database administration and application development were developed. Paula earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Radford University.
