Rachel Emmons

Rachel Emmons is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist focusing on college recruiting at CapTech since May 2022. With a strong emphasis on diversity, inclusion, and belonging, Rachel develops recruitment strategies and manages relationships with colleges and universities across the United States. Prior experience includes serving as the Coordinator of Career Development at Canisius College, where Rachel provided comprehensive career services and managed on-campus recruiting programs, and as a Graduate Assistant at Niagara University, where Rachel supported career services and employer recruitment initiatives. Rachel holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing and a BA in Communication Studies from Niagara University, complemented by various internships in communications and marketing at organizations such as Rich Products Corporation and Cedar Point Amusement Park.
