Reed Kremer has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Reed began their career in 2009 as a Manager of Human Resources and Employee Relations at Eveia Medical, Inc. In 2011, they became a Senior Therapy Recruiter at Advanced Medical Personnel Services Inc. After that, they worked at EdgeLink as an Account Manager and then as a Senior Account Manager for their Contract Services division. In 2015, they joined SquareTwo Financial as a Corporate IT Recruiter and later became a Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior People Operations Generalist at GutCheck. Since 2018, Reed has been working at CapTech, initially as a Talent Acquisition Lead in Denver and currently as a Senior Talent Acquisition Lead in the Systems Integration Practice Area.
Reed Kremer received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Human Resources Management, from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business, completing their education from 2005 to 2009. In addition, Reed has obtained multiple certifications from LinkedIn in various topics such as bystander training, communicating across cultures, confronting bias, diversity and inclusion, inclusive conversations, unconscious bias, and learning WebEx Training Center, all in the year 2020.
