Ryn Bruce

Ryn Bruce is an experienced Art Director and Senior Visual Designer at CapTech Consulting since November 2019, previously serving as Owner, Creative Director, and Contractor at Coloryn Studio from July 2005 to November 2019. Ryn has a strong background in developing communication-driven deliverables across various mediums with a focus on brand identity, publications, and information design. Additionally, Ryn has held academic positions as an Assistant Professor in the Communication Arts and Graphic Design departments at Virginia Commonwealth University from August 2011 to December 2013. Prior experience includes roles at Mary Baldwin College as Director of Parent and Alumnae Relations and Director of Volunteers, and as an Online Assistant at Gannett/The News Leader. Ryn holds a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art/Graphic Design from Mary Baldwin University.
