Tiffany Weaver

Tiffany Weaver has a strong background in program and project management, as well as proposal management and business development. Tiffany has been working at CapTech since 2015, starting as a Manager and progressing to the role of Senior Manager. In their most recent position as Director, they provide program leadership for critical client initiatives and implements program and project management best practices. Tiffany has worked with Fortune 500 companies and consistently identifies opportunities for quality improvements and increased efficiency. Prior to joining CapTech, they worked at Accenture for nine years as a Manager. Overall, Tiffany has extensive experience in leading and delivering successful client projects and proposals.

Tiffany Weaver completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing Information Systems from James Madison University in 2006. In 2004, they also spent a period studying European Business at the University of Antwerp. Aside from their degree, Tiffany has obtained several certifications, including SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2022, Prosci Change Management Certification from Prosci in 2019, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2013.
