Vanessa McClafferty

Vanessa McClafferty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management and project leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and OCM Manager at CapTech Consulting since May 2021, McClafferty previously held multiple roles at CSC from April 2016 to April 2021, including Service Leader and Sr. Project Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at the University of Delaware, where McClafferty worked as Housing Systems Coordinator and Procurement Advocate from January 2010 to April 2016, as well as a diverse role at Cafe Verdi from September 2000 to September 2011, managing web, marketing, accounts payable, and vendor relations. McClafferty holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Delaware.
