Currently serving as the Director - Enterprise Agile Transformation Coach at CapTech Consulting since August 2021 and as the Business Owner of Train4Agility since January 2021, Victoria also held senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President at The Ambit Group and Enterprise Agile Transformation Consultant at USPTO. Victoria founded The EndGoal Group, Inc., offering a comprehensive range of Agile implementation and training services, and played a key role in founding the National Association of Management Consultants. With a strong educational background including studies at Boston University, Victoria continues to make significant contributions to Agile methodologies and management consulting.
